When I’m not evangelizing cycling, I work as a recruiter. It’s rewarding, mostly because I’ve met some incredibly talented people. The only thing I don’t like about my work is when I have to tell someone I have a lot of respect for that they’re not the right fit for a role they really want.
Cyclists and other active adults are great hires. This is especially true of people who cycle for transportation. Generally speaking, they show up every day, on time and almost never get sick. They produce more and the quality of their work is better than the global sample. They’re typically more creative. They know how to persevere.
If you’re a cyclist looking for a new role, we should talk. I understand the hiring process from the other side of the desk, and so I can position you for success. I know what resumes are likely to get noticed by the Bots that all talent acquisition systems use. I have an extensive network that spans the globe. If you’re interested, reach out. If I can help you, I will. If I can’t, I’ll let you know.
